Welcome to the Happiness world project 🌻

Happiness World Project began in 2015 to help people with their mental health journeys, encourage self-love, and spread hope and positivity to others. We are committed to helping you look after your mental health, develop a sense of hope, and regain your power through difficult times. Our primary goal is to help people develop their inner strengths in difficult times and manage their emotional responses in difficult situations while having a place to release their emotions and receive some guidance, coping techniques, tools, and support.

There are different areas to The Happiness World Project, including :
🌻A peer support community, the emotional support zone (a virtual safe space where you can freely anonymously express yourself)

🌻Weekly emotional support and toolbox (via our supportive weekly email list)

🌻With our mental health workbook (available on our Etsy shop), you can create your own virtual mental health toolbox.

🌻A new (and first!) program called The Sunflower Growth Academy will help you understand your subconscious mind, thoughts, emotions, retrain your belief system, and become the most empowered version of yourself (official launch: August 2021). As part of this program, you will also learn to manage your emotional response to challenges.

🌻In addition, we have a lot of educational resources on our blog and our Instagram page (Happiness World Project).

🌻 We also have a podcast (launch: July 2021) that will uplift you every week.

🌻 I’m also a brand ambassador for multiple wellness and travel brands and I’m happy to share them with you

🌎Our mentorship program is called Exploryglot. Its purpose is to empower you to reach your full potential by developing a growth mindset, stepping outside your comfort zone to connect to your true soul's purpose, and empowering yourself to reach whatever language learning goals you envision. About the founder 🌻

Cassandra (or Cassie on Instagram) is a Counsellor, Mental Health Advocate, International Social Entrepreneur and aspiring Therapist. Her educational background includes Social Work, Therapeutic Counselling, International Development, cognitive neuropsychology, Positive Psychotherapy and Mental Health. In addition, she has practical experience in the Social Work and Mental Health fields in different countries with a variety of social issues.

She has organised and coordinated peer support groups for mental health, provided group interventions with young girls at risk of sexual exploitation, coordinated meditation programs, developed social projects in collaboration with different non-government organisations in different countries, and provided creative therapy with children and women who face domestic violence, among other things).

All these experiences encouraged her to realise her vocation in life is to positively impact people's lives and create resources to help people and communities who face a variety of social challenges. Her own experience with anxiety led her to cultivate a sense of hope and help others develop resilience and find their inner power. Practising the three pillars of social work (individual counselling, group counselling, community counselling) gave her the necessary tools to create a virtual safe space to help you in your mental health journey and build resilience. Despite the fact that the majority of our services are in English for now, I hope to provide services in French, Spanish, Dutch, and German very soon! πŸ˜‰ .

Self-help/coping tools - mental healh workbook

The purpose of this virtual toolbox is to assist you in your mental health journey and to provide you with resources and activities you can use whenever you need them. To create a deeper relationship with yourself, we encourage you to express your feelings and thoughts freely. When you are stressed or concerned About improving your mental health, having a conversation with yourself will also help you manage your emotions and overcome obstacles you may have. By changing the way you react to stressful situations, you will have more control over your feelings and your reaction to the situation. Using this online toolbox is a little bit different; in fact, I tried to make it more interactive by sharing some topics you struggle with, so I can assist you (you can find more information in the product description). I hope it will be beneficial for you to reflect on your thoughts, put your feelings into words, and think about how you can make more time for self-care and what actions you can take to increase your self-care practice. ❀ I hope that The Happiness World Project will help you to feel understood and supported during your recovery journey.
