Look out for the famous green doors!
Once you come to the building, type in the door code (which can be found on your booking confirmation under the address) and make your way up the stairs to the top floor. Take a right turn into the first brown door followed by another right turn through the black door (it may be closed to keep heat in but just come on through!). Please have a seat in our waiting area and we will come collect you for your appointment.
• Why? •
We use patch tests to identify potential hypersensitivity to our branded tints and lifting lotions used during our brow and lash treatments. The patch test delivers a small amount of PPD and Resorcinol onto the surface of the skin. A reaction should occur within 48 hours and indicate if you are unable to go ahead with certain parts of the treatment.
Even if the patch test comes back negative we can not 100% guarantee a reaction won’t occur during or after the treatment. That is an informed risk that you choose by going ahead with the treatment.
We are also fully insured so this is a mandatory step (as well a professional precaution) we need to take before your appointment.

All cancellations and reschedules must be made 48 hours before your allocated time. Any amendments made less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge.

This includes reschedules unless appointment can be filled within the time given.
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and no further appointments will be accepted.
