As your doula, our goal is to support you with having a birth experience of your choice. In addition to supporting the mother physically, we will provide informative, spiritual, and emotional support to the mother and family.
During our sessions, we prepare you for your big day by creating a birth vision of your choice, talking through your options, practicing mindfulness, and offering other prenatal care services. Please keep in mind that these are not medical assessment sessions.
