🔹 Basics aka Level 1 or L1... Learn your Salsa Basics at Furor in two easy steps:
1️⃣ Salsa Footwork L1
8 sessions, 4 weeks
Newcomers start here and learn the fundamental Solo concepts of Salsa, including Footwork, Shines, Timing, Music & Movement Mechanics, through a Structured Syllabus in FUN, high-energy classes!
2️⃣ Salsa Partnerwork L1
8 sessions, 4 weeks
Once you complete Footwork L1, Partnerwork L1 builds on those concepts and focuses on Basic Partnering in Salsa, including Spacing & Tracking, Lead-Follow Connection, Turns, Shines application and learning Social Dancing!
🔹 Improvers aka Level 2 or L2... Expand on your Salsa Basics at Furor:
1️⃣ Salsa Footwork L2
8 sessions, 4 weeks
Footwork L2 builds on concepts from Footwork L1 and adds additional Footwork, Timing, Movement Mechanics & Shines (Pachanga, Afro-Salsa, Mambo Fusion and others). Can be taken together with Partnerwork L2.
2️⃣ Salsa Partnerwork L2
8 sessions, 4 weeks
Partnerwork L2 builds the concepts of Footwork L2 - but can be taken along with Footwork L2 - and concepts from Footwork & Partnerwork L1 and focuses on additional Partnering Concepts in Salsa.
ℹ️ Unlike L1, L2 has four variants. Each variant has a few concepts in common and then adds unique concepts that will expand your understanding. Put another way, instead of L2, L3, L4 & L5, we have four variants of L2 🤓
🔹 Intermediate/Advanced... level up your Dance skills:
ℹ️ Mambo Shines & Partnerwork
Ongoing, continuous course
This is an On2 Intermediate/Advanced Shines & Partnering Class meant to challenge even experienced dancers! This is a semi-structured course that uses a move-of-the-week approach.

Each month we tackle the fundamental movement vocabulary from one of the four main branches of AfroCuban folkloric dance, and one or two specific topics within the same:
• Lucumí Technique (Orishas & Toques)
• Arará Technique (Vodún)
• Congo Technique (Palo, Yuka, Makuta)
• Rumba Technique (Yambú, Guaguancó, Columbia)
