I love all things Organic, I’m always craving new adventures, I am a cat lover, and the most important things to me are family, friends, and holistic health.

I teach Preschool, I run a brand new business (www.botanicalblessingstx.com) which offers various holistic and organic beauty products, I teach yoga, and I am an advocate for all natural skincare/ haircare.

My holistic health and healing journey began a few years ago when I was fed up with cystic acne and damaged hair from bleach. I was afforded the opportunity (thank you Universe & your divine timing 🙈) to do Yoga teacher training. Once I stepped into the philosophy and asana practices of yoga, my life began to change... Not only did I begin to heal from the inside out, but my body and my mind shifted into a new state of awareness, understanding, and self-control. Since then, I have made it my mission to start investing in my health. This meant throwing everything out with toxic chemicals in it and purchasing products only with the intention of holistic health in mind.
