Hey y’all! I’m Sylvia, aka HiitTheGymSyl. I’m a body positive/inclusive judgement-free Certified Personal Trainer located in Austin, TX. I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Science and my CPT through the American College of Sports Medicine. I am an advocate for women’s physical and mental health and encourage taking care of your body from the inside out.
My goal is to empower women to reach their goals and do things they never thought possible.
I offer face to face one-on-one personal training sessions in Austin, TX, as well as virtual one-on-one sessions to women nation wide who are looking to take control of their fitness journeys.
