• do you do custom designs?
- customs are open but subject to approval
- custom plushies i make are only of animals or designs with existing crochet patterns

• mode of payment?
- strictly GCash only

• is downpayment needed?
- at least 50% downpayment is needed before making and full product must be settled before shipping out

• how will the item be delivered?
- same day or multiple day delivery is available (lalamove, grab, gogoexpress, ninja van)
- delivery fee to be shouldered by customer
