My name is Karina Garza. I am a self-taught baker and pie maker based out of Houston, TX. I am also the owner and baker for Pie-tastic.

Pie-tastic is a cottage bakery that specializes in making pies year-round. In addition to traditional pies, we offer pies and baked goods inspired by Mexican pan dulce and flavors.

All of our baked goods are handcrafted and made from scratch. Our pies are made with our own signature all-butter crust. We do not use any preservatives or ingredients like corn syrup, and we are also in practice of using ingredients like local pasture raised eggs, pink Himalayan salt, pure cane sugar, Grade AA butter, and real fruit! Not only do we use good ingredients, but we also look into the companies of the products we use to find brands with good practices and values.
