Hi! My name is Itzy and I’m a confidence and creativity coach, lifestyle influencer, content creator, and host of Grow with the Flow Podcast on top of working full-time as a marketing coordinator.

As a multi-passionate Latina and the eldest daughter of immigrants with ADHD, I’ve been on a non-conventional self-discovery, healing and entrepreneur journey.

After graduating from UCSB, with a sociology + applied psychology degree, digital marketing certificate, meeting my now husband, and launching my online platform 6+ years ago, I was able to cultivate amazing opportunities but most importantly, permission to cultivate self-trust, redefine narratives that have kept me playing small, and create community while making multiple streams of income.

Along the way, I’ve had many realizations. Some of the most important being:
✨ Confidence isn't linear and it requires connecting to self, defining your purpose, and sometimes stepping outside of your comfort zone.
✨ The current version of yourself is worthy enough despite your work, roles, labels, relationships, accomplishments and narratives others may have imposed on you.
✨ Your lived-in experiences are your expertise, magic and light. Don’t downplay them.

Hot yoga, trying out new plant-based recipes with my husband, and curating playlists for any mood are just a few of my other interests outside of entrepreneur-ing.

Through work in my professional career, personal brand, business and brand partnerships, I’m expanding representation and breaking boundaries of societal norms on digital platforms and bringing you along on the journey.
