Slowly I started losing weight and I was eating more food than I had eating in YEARS . Something was working. Symptoms I had struggled with for so long were getting easier to manage.

    I added this to my routine in May and saw a great shift in the way I feel. I know most are wary of adding salt to their diet. Just do some research 🧐

    The number one question I get asked is how I cut sugar. The answer is I increased salt. One way you can do this is electrolytes. I use Himalayan sea salt on everything. I also have POTS Syndrome and haven’t had a flare since I started this.

    PS. I was drinking DOUBLE the water I do now and was always thirsty. I was adding flavor packets to make them taste good. If that’s how you get your water in. Great. I did it for years. But I feel 10x better with less water consumption and electrolytes increased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
