I’ve been treating clients for 15 years in an energy work + plant medicine capacity. While I specialize in trauma integration, and tend to focus on sexual, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health, I can and do treat all issues if the client + I feel like a good fit. I’m here to serve and uplift, and get to the root of any obstacles/limiting beliefs that are holding you back from unlocking + achieving your highest potential.

I use a variety of intuitively chosen modalities over the course of each 90 minute session. I work in 90 minute time frames because around 65-70min, the psyche’s defenses tend to tire out and drop, and massive shifts are created in this space. If you’ve ever felt frustrated in an hour long session (therapy, etc) because you’re just getting to the breakthrough and it’s over, you’ll understand why I work in this way.

The main requirement is that you’re committed to your own wellbeing. That you’re willing to show up for yourself + do what it takes. Ready to step into your power, light, darkness, and reveal your truth. The funny thing is that we often don’t feel ready to do this until we have the support we’ve needed for so long. I get that on such a deep level.
