Hi friends! My name is Neelum👋🏼 I am 29 years young and I live in Pennsylvania! I am a wife, personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach. I have years of education in exercise science, physical therapy, and corrective exercise. One of my main goals as a coach to my clients is to keep you safe in your workouts, find food freedom and the flexibility to adapt health & fitness as a forever lifestyle.

My mission is to make you feel good, beautiful, confident, and BADASS. I will be your biggest hype woman and inspire you to live your life to your highest potential- even outside of fitness & nutrition.

MEET R💪🏼

Mom of two, wife, and when she first started her coaching program with me- she was a full time student in school, pursuing her career in the police academy, and working full time.

When R first started with me she had been new to lifting. She built a foundation in the 6 week program with a structured gym routine that later carried into an even more customized routine to help her pass her physical assessment to enroll in the police academy.

Together we worked on agility, cardio, and weight lifting. She experienced a gain in muscle mass, fat loss, and is down a total of 17 pounds down.

What isn't seen in the picture is the complete lifestyle change R has accomplished. The perseverance, mindset shift, and mental and emotional growth seen in the past year from R has been incredible to watch. What once seemed SO difficult & had her self sabotaging every goal she ever made- has become her second nature 'and I am so proud of her for following her dreams and staying so consistent and focused this past year!

She has now graduated her program & is now about to be enrolled into the police academy, following her passion in her career, and living a healthier, happier life🩷


MEET A💪🏼

When A first started with me, she was a part time worker in her career & a full time mama to two boys, and was the typical definition of a "super mom" trying to handle it ALL.

When A first reached out to me about my 6 week program she was having shoulder pain, felt she had plataeued at a new high weight, and was super anxious to start a program to get STRONG and finally see results that made her feel GOOD!

A has lost a total of 20 pounds from strictly home workouts since we started working together. She is stronger, so much more confident. Her shoulder pain has resided, and we have taken a deeper dive into her overall health alongside nutrition and fitness.

What you don't see pictured? Is a complete lifestyle change that has her becoming so much more present and "slowing" down. She is learning to take time for herself without guilt, while still pouring into all her responsibilities. She has taken time off from work to focus on herself and her family. She is diving deeper in her gut health through holistic approaches. She has healed her relationship with food, no longer binges, and has done a complete lifestyle change.

She is breaking the hustle harder mindset and is finding her peace and happiness in where she's at, but also is excited for where she's headed🩷


MEET S💪🏼

Sis a mama of one, full time clinician, and first reached out to me with her biggest concern of being perimenopausal. Her biggest goal was weight/fat loss and to get STRONG and feel GOOD.

S started my 6 week program with home workouts with fear of gym intimidation. It's incredible to know that lifting 15 lbs was once challenging and intimidating... because she is now proudly hip thrusting 300#... has TWO gym memberships to accommodate her lifestyle... AND is down 50+ pounds with visible abs!!! Something she is still completely in awe about!

She has accomplished so much beyond what is listed above and seen in the picture. We worked together to increase higher quality whole foods to decrease inflammation & support her hormone health. She has done a full 18o in her lifestyle. She has incorporated fitness into her daughter's life and they both train together at the gym. She is working towards pursuing advancements in her career.
