Serial entrepreneur, board chair, investor, and philanthropist
Co-founder of Dispatch Management Services and John Paul, Linda has raised more than $300 million in investor backing, grown teams of 6,500 people and acquired 72 companies. She was also the first New Zealand woman ever to list a company on the NASDAQ. She grew Dispatch Management Services into a U.S. $250 million a year company, and led John Paul to a U.S. $150 million acquisition in 2016. She is also a Director of Air New Zealand and the Founder of WOW for Africa, a non-profit focused on helping women in Africa build sustainable businesses through funding and expertise.
Linda is currently building businesses through Level Up, a visionary program for $100 million-dollar-businesses-in-the-making and sits on multiple boards including Air New Zealand, Eclipx, and Massey University. while serving as chair for Unicef Aotearoa, The Guild and Jaxsta.
She was named EY Master Entrepreneur of the Year New Zealand in 2013, World Class New Zealander in 2016, and has been awarded Most Influential Women in the Bay Area multiple times by the San Francisco Business Times.

Based for many years in hilly San Francisco, she now calls Wellington home. She’s known for her warmth, irreverent attitude and sense of adventure.
LevelUp CEO Circle
LevelUp’s CEO Circle is a group of entrepreneurs selected and mentored by Linda Jenkinson. The CEO Circle meets once per month at LevelUp HQ in Wellington to learn from Linda and support one another.
To qualify:
-On track for minimum 1M in revenue
-Aspire to build 100M venture
-Ability to travel to Wellington for once monthly sessions at LevelUp HQ
