- DEPOSIT -
Deposits are not required at this time. However, no call-no shows FORFEIT this privilege and will be required to put down a $50 deposit to rebook. This deposit will go towards final service price.

- CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING -
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling/ rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment will result in a forfeited no deposit privilege. To rebook, a $30 deposit will be required. Deposit will go toward final service price.

- FILLS VS FULL SETS -
40% or more extensions remaining are eligible for fills. Having less than 40% extensions remaining is considered a full set and price of the appointment will be adjusted accordingly.
(Rule of thumb: if you can count the amount of lashes you have on, you need a full set!)

- GRACE PERIOD -
There is a 15 minute grace period at the beginning of your appointment. Arrival past this 15 minute grace period may result in a
cancelled/rescheduled appointment.
**You can choose to keep your appointment however, full coverage is not guaranteed and service will remain full price**

- REFUNDS -
No refunds are offered at this time.
All deposits are non-refundable.

— RETOQUES VS SET COMPLETOS —
El 40% o más de las extensiones restantes son elegibles para un retoque. Tener menos del 40% de extensiones restantes se considera un set completo y el precio de la cita se ajustará en consecuencia.
(Regla general: si puedes contar la cantidad de pestanas que tienes, inecesitas un set completo!)

— PERIODO DE GRACIA —
Hay un periodo de gracia de 15 minutos al inicio de su cita. La llegada después de este periodo de gracia de 15 minutos puede resultar en una cita cancelada/reprogramada.
**Puede optar por continuar su cita; En estos casos, la cobertura total no está garantizada y el servicio seguirá siendo el precio completo**

— REEMBOLSO —
No se ofrecen reembolsos en este momento.
