Weaving together my training as a doula and Feminine Embodiment Coach, as well as over 15 years working with energy (Reiki Master), I will walk beside you, as you navigate the undulations of this experience through the portal of birth. Awakening to the next version of You that is about to step forward.

Deeply connected to the sacred Feminine, I support you in an approachable, warm and open way. However your pregnancy/birth/postpartum might look, I help you to empower yourself by bringing awareness to your inherent strength and bodily wisdom.

I offer myself as a companion on your journey, in a non-authoritarian role, centering you as Mother, your power and transformation.

Whether it's your first baby or your third, every birth brings a rebirth for the Mother.

We are in fact reborn with every release of our womb, so I also offer free first trimester support to those in a state of confusion and contemplating a termination.

I believe women deserve more when it comes to their emotional wellbeing through this challenging time. I am happy to offer a non-judgemental & empathic listening ear as you find your way through the choices available. It is a brave step of radical self-love.

Working on the emotional, energetic and spiritual levels, together we will unearth and unwind any tension, pain or fear you may be holding.

This is a trauma-informed, somatic exploration of where your body is holding patterns of tension that show up in your emotional responses & behaviours. We can uncover the places where you feel joy & pleasure in your body too, in order to tap into this self-sourcing well of energy.

As women we can hold onto unexpressed emotions in our womb space, often guilt, shame & pain, which can lead to dis-ease, lack of creativity, low self-esteem, & much more.

These sessions provide a reset to allow you to begin to understand the language of your body, so you learn how your 'Yes' and your 'No' really feel. Which in turn builds confidence in your intuition & decision-making ability.

We can discuss your desires and formulate a pathway specifically for you.

Initial sessions are 90min at $144.
Follow up sessions are 75min at $122 ✨
