The Training session will teach physical fitness concept, will help understand the influence of lifestyle on health and fitness, and begin to develop an optimal level of fitness. The program includes, the following: -mobile -functional movement -agility -strength and conditioning -sport Specific training -fitness program design nutrition - speed and explosion.
-ZOOM CLASSES AVAILABLE
Ages 5-7 : training focus will be agility, plyometrics , footwork, body weight strength.
Ages 7-9: training focus will be agility, footwork, mobility , conditioning, plyometrics, introduction to weight lifting and functional training.
Ages 10-12: training focus will be functional training, sport specific training, mobility, flexibility, strength and conditioning.
