What is meringue cake?

Meringue cookies are sweet, light pastries. The dough is made from beaten egg whites until foamy with powdered sugar until stiff. The cookies is made with the help of a triangular bag, and is gently baked in the oven. This cookies does not use wheat flour at all, and it dissolves easily in the mouth. And it's safe for kids!
