Since I was 20 yrs old I was fortunate to travel thru South America and several Bhakti Yoga temples in the America's, learning how to cook delicious Lacto-vegetarian and Vegan foods, meditation and very ancient spiritual philosophy and practices.

The Holistic Lifestyle Channel
Being holistic isn't difficult.
It's should definitely not be expensive.
Back when I was a new mom I started slowly adding and removing things that were not benefitting my health and everyday I learn something new.
I share my process hoping someone can benefit as well.
This channel is exactly that, a place you can learn from and slowly start learning about becoming less attractes to the thing that are harmful but easily acquired and pushed in our stores and looking a little bit deeper to find more natural less toxic items and habits.
