With 14 years of combined experience, our expertise is building rapport with our clients, listening to their goals/preferences, and designing the ultimate coaching experience! The POWR team has the blueprint to deliver guaranteed results EVERY SINGLE PERSON at a time!
Our services include 1-ON-1 Online & In-person training (Based in Miami, FL). We provide 1-ON-1 support, customized meal plans, and effective training programs to cater to YOUR body goals, food preferences, preexisting health conditions and lifestyle!
