▪️If you are feeling unwell, or if you or anyone in your household have tested positive, or are awaiting test results, please reach out to reschedule your appointment.
▪️Please arrive on time. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may result in rebooking your appointment.
▪️If possible, please arrive alone for effective physical distancing, and a relaxing experience for everyone in salon. If need to bring someone with you, please let us know in advance.
▪️We are proud to accommodate a safer environment for all, including nursing parents. (Ramp available for use soon.)
▪️Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Doing this enables the stylist the ability to offer your space to someone on the wait list.
No shows may not be offered a rebooking option.
▪️In rare instances your hair may need an adjustment. It’s important to me to provide clear communication to meet your goals at each appointment. If required, I ask the you email at contact@ckhairstudio.ca within 10 days for a complimentary adjustment.
Adjustments are not available for colour corrections or box colour.
▪️It’s important to me to keep photos of my work on file for reference. At times I may publish photos on social media. Please let me know if you are uncomfortable with your image being shared on social media platforms, or in promotional advertising.
COLOUR CLIENTS
▪️Please arrive with clean, dry hair.
▪️If you are a new colour client, or are making a change to your colour plan, please complete my Pre Consultation Form.
▪️I guarantee my service only when the client invests in the recommended shampoo and conditioner. Adjustments for colour work are only offered when shampoo and conditioner are purchased through CK Hair Studio.
▪️Colour services are quoted at an hourly, all inclusive rate. In the event that we go over the time quoted by the stylist before we begin our appointment, the price will remain the same. Prices are per hour in salon, until styling is completed.
Hourly rates are not divided into smaller increments.
In the event that the questionnaire was not completed accurately by the client, there is a charge of $90 per hour of extra time to the client.
