Norwex - Why I switched to chemical free

I was introduced to Norwex products in 2015 by a friend and colleague in the healthcare field. These products came to me at a time when I was struggling with health issues and climbing back up from health rock bottom. I was on sick leave, and struggling with poor health and wealth caused by stress. I was able to identify 8 different types of stress, with chemical stress being one of them. I had been diagnosed with Asthma, Fibromyalgia, Psoriatic Arthritis, and Anxiety / Adjustment Disorder.

I saw the Norwex products as an opportunity to reduce the use of chemicals in my life – on my skin and hair, in my home, and in my spa, which allowed me to support the health of my clients, dogs, and myself.

Mindful Eating

I enjoy a mix of meats and vegetables.

Organic is okay, but that is a vague label, so honestly I grow my fruits and vegetables if I can and use the Norwex Fruit and Vegetable Spray to clean my produce.

I enjoy a variety. Eat with the seasons, as that's when the food is naturally at its best.

Yes, I like dessert and sometimes bread. It isn't about elimination it is about moderation for me.

Daily Movement

When I was just getting started with exercise again I kept an open mind and tried new things.

I started out with low impact Aqua Therpay. Moved to seated Yoga and functional movement class.

Then I started walking my dog while using walking poles. I ended up ditching the poles after some time and was able to get a puppy.

I now have 2 beautiful Maremma sheepdogs, so I get to walk daily in nature. I enjoy Nature Therapy where I engage as many senses as possible.

I also enjoy Pilates and golf.

Start where you are at!

Find things you enjoy doing, not that others are doing!
