A supportive ally during one of the most important experiences in a woman's life. To help ensure that the mother and her partner remain in their power, informed, and confident throughout pregnancy, the birth process, and immediate postpartum.
I offer a sliding scaled between $1,500-$3,000 based on families income so I can provide services for less to those in need. Services included in the fee are: One initial meeting where we both decided we are a good fit (Free). Two in person prenatal visits where we get to know each other. Monthly coaching calls, always available for text support between calls and visits. On call for your birth starting at 38 weeks. Present for your birth and immediate postpartum. Including early labor, placenta birth, baby is latching, you are fed, your house is clean. Two postpartum visits where I will bring your whole family a warm meal made with organic ingredients. I'm happy to work with you to create your ideal package of support.
Practical and emotional support to new mothers and their families during the first 3 months after childbirth.
Providing warm meals for the whole family, and light housework. Help navigating sibling integration, infant care, sleeping, breastfeeding and all that comes with the transition into parenthood.
I provide sliding scale between $35- $50 per hour and work with you to decide how much support you need.

Wether you had the birth of your dreams and just need witnesses, or nothing you were hoping for in pregnancy became your birth story. I'm here to actively listen, and ask questions to help you continue to process. Birth is big no matter how it went, it deserves integration.
We live in a death phobic culture that says we should grieve and move on. I know from personal loss that is not how it works. No matter how fresh or how long ago I'm here to hold your story.
Wren is dedicated to offering compassionate support to women as they navigate the transformative stages and pivotal moments that mark their passage through womanhood. She has set up her offerings to be co-creative and does not believe in telling women how they should do anything. Wren has been studying women's health for over three years, much of which has been self guided. She has also completed the birth and postpartum doula courses through Bastyr University. She is continually learning, and prides herself on providing evidence based and intuitive support. Wren is a Reiki master and is empathic allowing for deep connection, support, and validation to her clients.
Wren also runs a mixed vegetable farm in Redmond from which she produces nutrient dense food that she uses to support her health, her community, and her postpartum clients. She has studied and gained certificates in ethnobotany, permaculture, beekeeping, ecology, and wildlife tracking. She sees her connection to nature as an extension of her connection to the wild feminine. Wren created Wild Women Alliance because she believes women just like an ecosystem are at their best when they are surrounded by other healthy and unique individuals.
