The apps i use is 24fps, prequel and vont
Go into 24fps and scan the qr code on the next page. Add that filter and save the vid. Then go to prequel and put exposure on -100, contrast on -15, highlights on -100 and shadows on -50. Then add the effect called dust and you are done! I use vont for the text that i add after:)
