This is a coloring tut

The only app you need is capcut. Once you go to capcut you press new projects then go to filters. When you get there tap retro then tap film, after that you go back to retro in filters then you tap VHS ||| 2x but one of them have to be at 55%. The if when you done with that then tap adjust and then put brightness at 40% contrast at 11%, saturation at 10% and also put expose at 15% then after that go to effects and and look for retro and look for noise 2 and the you would be done.
