I am a friend to few, less of a speaker and have a deep passion for beautiful things. Health and wellness drives me to help others with niggles in that area and a love for literature, paired with good coffee, helps me to escape any pressure.

I am a trained teacher, dental assistant and 'Jill of a few more trades' but most of all a creative soul with just enough artistic flair to create a mess in my study.
I am passionate about health, staying fit and eating healthy...add to that, copious amounts of medium roasted, single origin, filter coffee laced with rice milk and honey.
I love classical music. Ranging from Bach, Paganini and Mozart; interlaced with some Hauser tjello, Mae violin, Van Zyl pianio and a sprinkling of harp, accordion, Williams guitar and Karas zither.
I am a daughter of the MOST HIGH KING and live to see everyone in my circle saved and redeemed.
