To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at booking.

-A grace period (15-minute window for rescheduling)

To accommodate last minute requests, we offer squeeze in appointments for an additional $15 fee, added to the total service price. I appreciate your understanding.

If you're looking to get a full set and currently have existing lashes, please book a removal service prior to your appointment.
(Lash bath is included in all services)

Please have any makeup removed before your scheduled appointment.
No (concealer, mascara, lash glue, etc)
If you arrive with unclean lashes, I reserve the right to:
-Reschedule your appointment
-Apply a lash cleaning fee ($15)

Please come prepared for your appointment to avoid any delays or additional charges.

To ensure a relaxing and focused experience, I kindly request:
No cell phone usage during appointments.
Please silence your phone before your session.

To qualify as a fill, you must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining. I offer fills for 2-3 week maintenance only.
If you experience excessive lash fallout within 24-48 hours of application, please notify us to schedule a complimentary touch-up.
Fill Classification:
After 48 hours, any maintenance will be considered a fill, subject to my standard fill pricing.

To ensure optimal lash health and longevity:
-Avoid using oil-based products around your eye area.
-Avoid picking and or pulling on your lashes.
-Avoid sources of heat near or on the face.

If you experience any irritation or reaction to the adhesive, please:
-Notify me immediately to discuss further measures.

For training, and marketing purposes, I may record and take pictures (including close-ups) during your appointment. If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. All content created during your appointment remains the property of Lashes By Em. (I reserve all rights).
