A Bond Price Will Be Given On Top Of The Hire Price. The Price Will Depend On The Brand Of The Item And The RRP Price. The Bond Is Refundable Via Bank Transfer Or Cash Once The Item Is Returned In The Exact Same Condition Prior To The Hire. If The Item Is Returned Damaged Your Bond Will Not Be Refunded. If The Item Is Damaged Beyond Repairs RRP Price Will Need To Be Paid. Damage Includes Any Alternations To The Item That Wasn’t There Prior To The Hire, This Includes Fake Tan/Makeup Stains ETC.

We Have A 3 or 6 Day Hire Period Available. If You Require A Longer Hire Period A Further Fee Will Be Charged. This Will Need To Be Discussed Prior To The Hire.
A $30 Late Fee Will Be Applied Each Day It Is Not Returned Unless Discussed Prior.
We Completely Understand Australia Post Can Be Delayed So Please Make Sure To Send Us A Tracking Number To Avoid A Late Fee.

Unfortunately We Do Not Offer Refunds. We Will Give You A Store Credit To Use Another Time.

We Offer Express Postage Via Australia Post. A Tracking Number Will Be Provided. We Do Not Take Any Responsibility For Any Lost Items In The Mail. If Item Is Lost Upon Return RRP Will Be Charged.

Cleaning Fees Are Included In Your Hire Price So Please Don’t Attempt To Wash Any Outfits. If Damage Occurs Please Tell Us As You Can Damage Them More By Washing Them. Outfits Are Not To Be Worn By Anyone Else Besides The Person Who Hired.

We Require A Copy Of Your ID And Email. We Also Require A Signature On All Terms And Conditions On Pickup. If The Item Is Not Returned Or Refuse To Pay For Damages Legal Personnel Will Be Contacted And A Copy Of Your ID Will Be Given To Authorities.
