I'm a registered Kinesiologist, exercise therapist, and wellness enthusiast passionate about helping others feel their best—mentally, physically, and spiritually. With a love for yoga, pilates, skiing, golf, and especially dance, I believe in discovering movement and having fun with it! I’m all about finding what feels good for YOU, whether it’s flowing through a yoga session or hitting the slopes (and trust me I’m still learning and building my skills 😂)
