Hi guys! I’m Marisa 30 yrs old, a mommy of 3 beautiful kids and a certified chef. I have always loved helping people from the inside out by cooking or showing what is good for you. I am very knowledgeable about what I put into my body as well as my kids( who by the way are pescatarians). So, why not help from the outside too!
