This was the start of extreme post partum depression and anxiety. The worst thing that I have ever gone through in my life. (MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS).
About 12 weeks post partum I decided to do something with myself so I wasn’t disgusted every time I looked in the mirror. With the help of medication & a healthy lifestyle choice, I am a better wife, mother, everything.
I’m proud of my body that has grown two SUPER CUTE tiny humans. Please research PPD & PPA if you think this is a “taboo” topic. Mental health is just as important as physical health.
