I am a 46 year old single mom of two sons and my favorite role is being their mom. I am passionate about health and wellness and helping others. Luckily back in 2014 I was introduced to a health and wellness system that I only wanted to try for 30 days to fit back into my jeans that had gotten too tight. What happened over that 30 days proved to change my life in not just physical ways, but more importantly I changed emotionally and then financially.
