Filter: Bw 3 put all the way
Effects: blur
Save
Go back and delete all settings you just put
Now that it's reg vid put overlay
Press the vid with the Bw 3 and blur
Press blend put slice
Then go to effects and go to bling
Shining sparkles : 100,20,100
Save and your done!
