The apps you are going to need are:Polarr,VN,Prequel!

First import the qr code in the app Polarr.Then save it and search on google:Photoeditor.polarr.com.Import your photo,add your filter then click the plus and click on the camera and save it.Go to files,make a folder,add the photo rename it and delete the txt.After go to the app VN,add your video,click on the filter and add your image.Then go to prequel.First put the effect Sweet and do everything besides the blur to 0 and the blur to 25.Then add the effect dust,put the dust to 100,the filter to 50,and the last one to 0.Go to adjust and put the exsposure to -40,the contrast to -20,the highlights to -15 and the shadows to -25!
