Hello! My name is Addy and I am currently studying to become a special education teacher.

My passion is trying to live a healthy lifestyle. The gym has been a place of healing for me and has allowed me to grow into who I am today, along with God of course!

I want women to feel empowered in whatever body they are in and feel comfortable enough to show up for themselves at the gym and prove their negative thoughts wrong! Let’s get it ladies!
