Hello ! I am Adeline, a passionate educator.
I am a mother of 2 toddlers, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend as well as a certified Montessori Guide and matrescence educator.

I love holding space for mothers as they go through their transition into motherhood. Mothering is hard and I believe we can support each other and find our own unique voice all at once. From this passion, Oh Mama! was born.

I also accompany children in their learning and I am a homeschooler. I created Chez Mahé Montessori program in 2017 and still enjoy running it every morning for preschoolers.

I am also a movement and nutrition fan. I keep learning from experts and life as I navigate ups and downs of motherhood life. I enjoy yoga 🧘‍♀️, dancing (in my kitchen) and baking with my children.

I live in Canada 🇨🇦 but I am originally from France 🇫🇷 . 8
