Bracket 1-simply type a number of how large the base protection is like 10 which will make the protection 10 blocks
Bracket 2- type /tag @p add and put a custom name then in the command block there is a block that says hover note put your custom tag there next also put the tag after the !
Bracket 3-simply put the name of the person who you are putting Base protection for remember to include caps

/kick player name

This only makes you invisible nothing more they also won't see invisibility particles
