A little introduction to me:

I am a woman who lives with PCOS, just like a lot like many women (1 in 10 to be exact). Which, later also gave me IBS and hemorrhoids. I was desperate for answers! I dove into learning more about health and wellness. I wanted to help myself and other women who may suffer with this as well.

I learned that what you put on your body and space -> shampoos, skin care, tooth paste, deodorant, laundry detergent, multipurpose cleaners, dish soaps, etc. Is just as important as what you eat and drink. It made me clean out all of the (bad ingredient) products that where harming and disrupting my natural hormone cycle.

It’s taken me about 2 years to feel like myself again. Throughout this time, I’ve detoxed internally and externally with many ups and downs throughout this time. I came across amazing products, knowledge, and got certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I’m really proud of myself.

However, I’ve been stuck in the 9-5 routine, because, I hadn’t pursued my passions entirely. That’s when an amazing community of like minded people approached me with the opportunity to get out of the American rat race and become an entrepreneur!

It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only do I coach, sell doterra essential oils, vegan & cruelty free skin & hair care products, I also have the ability to give people coupons on amazing wellness products!

I found an amazing company named Purium, they sell all things wellness. From probiotics, to gut healing superfoods, protein powder, and glyphosate detox! I’m truly amazed by their products and recommend it to all my clients and prospects.

My goal is to help people gain knowledge about their bodies and what they put into, onto, or around their bodies. As well as, help elevate your life!
