There's not much else really but for the future you could get into a schedule also try to not eat sugary things before bedIf you are bored you could paint , draw ,go for a walk , recycle , make a video
Other things are you could try something new, make a sculpture, make a paper squishy (how to do that is on tiktok and YouTube) if not on Google and maybe somewhere on my website and somepointHere are a few ideas for new hobbies: dance, crochet/knitting, gymnastics , swimming
