Whether it’s a simple fragrance composition or a blend of well-loved scents, a good whiff can take you back to better days or fond memories of a place and time. How long is your processing time?

Once payment is received, your order will be processed within 2-3 days before it gets shipped.

For bulk (12 units and above) / custom orders, our minimum lead time is at least 7 days before we ship.

What are your payment options?

We accept online bank transfer through BPI, BDO or Gcash.

Cash on delivery or Cash on pick up is not allowed.

What are your shipping options?

For Metro Manila orders, we ship out orders with a flat rate of Php 90 via Lalamove. Same day delivery.

Customers may also book a rider with their own courier. Shipping fees may vary.

For provincial orders, we charge a flat rate of Php 220 (Luzon) and Php 250 (VisMin) via Courier Express for special handling of our highly fragile items. Delivery time is within 2-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! But due to the erratic nature of shipping rates, we ask you contact us prior to placing your order so we can calculate the best rate for your location. Once agreed, we'll set up the rate for you to formalize your order.

Do you sell on wholesale or give discount for bulk orders?

We gladly accept Wholesale orders and request you get in contact with us to discuss options.

Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Personalized orders are very much welcome. If you would like something you don't otherwise see on our page please contact us - we will revert to you quickly and are always happy to help.

Return, Refund and Cancellation policy.

Because of the made-to-order nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or refund.

If you would like to cancel your order due to customer’s error, please contact us within 48 hours or before you receive a confirmatory email that your order has been shipped.

Otherwise, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been picked up for delivery or are already in transit.

Do you have a physical shop?

We don’t have a physical shop but you can order directly from our website or from our Instagram page.
