Whether you are competing to train for something bigger or this is your first duathlon, this duathlon takes you to the next level, we are launching for the first time the sprint distance which is 5k running - 20k riding - 2.5 k running and our popular distance is the Olympic distance which is 5k running - 40k riding - 5k running.
