Prequel: exposure 40, contrast -40 highlights 30, shadows, -50, saturation -10, dust 70, mist 10, abberation 10, blur 15, filter: Oakland 2 at 50% : 3. Go to video star find the effect hue shift and put it to blue!: 4. Last step! Go to ultralight clarity -5 sharpen 10+
