Myofunctional Therapist

Meet our amazing myofunctional therapist!Hayley is a registered dental hygienist @laguna_family_dentistry and is a local of Orange County. She completed her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene at West Coast University and has continued to pursue her passion in dentistry, helping patients with not just their teeth, but overall health. Hayley recently completed her certification as a myofunctional therapist and will be seeing patients from our Laguna Beach location!

Alex Kalmanovich, D.D.S practices cosmetic and airway dentistry utilizing the newest technologies to provide customized dental care and emphasizing preventative dentistry. Dr. Kalmanovich makes going to the dentist fun and exciting with his friendly and compassionate nature.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine, Dr. Kalmanovich earned his dental degree from University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After returning to Southern California, he established his practice in Laguna Beach and serves patients from all of Orange County and Los Angeles County.
Besides cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Kalmanovich has a strong passion for helping his patients with sleep disordered breathing. He has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education in sleep apnea, Airway prosthodontics, oral appliance therapy and tongue tie/ frenectomy surgery. In 2018 Dr. Kalmanovich became the first in south Orange County to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Kalmanovich is member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and Orange County Dental Association. He has also served as a Delegate for the Orange County Association.
