Spaghetti Cili Padi

Ingredients
- 50g angel hair/spaghetti
- 1 tsp olive oil
- garlic
- cili padi
- 50g udang
- 1tsp sos tiram
- 1tsp kicap
-salt/mushroom seasoning

Cara Masak
1) Tumis garlic n cili padi dgn 1tsp olive oil
2) Masukkan udang. gaul sehingga udang masak
3) Kemudian, masukkan sos tiram, kicap, garam/mushroom seasoning
4) Masukkan spaghetti yg telah direbus and done!
(boleh masukkan sayur kalau nak)

Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Ingredients:
- 50g spaghetti
- 1tsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 70g shrimp
- 1tbsp chilli flakes
- 5g parmesan cheese (optional)
- mushroom seasoning/salt

Instruction:
1. boil the spaghetti
2. heat the olive oil on a pan & add sliced garlic. saute until the garlic is lightly browned
3. add shrimp. when the shrimp is cooked, add some pasta water, chilli flakes.
4. Once the spaghetti is ready to go, transfer the spaghetti immediately to the pan
5. stir the spaghetti, add some mushroom seasoning, parmesan cheese and done!

Bihun Tomyam

- 45g bihun (can replace with soo hoon)
- 1tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- add some water
- 50g cauliflower
- 100g chicken
- 1-2 tbsp thai tomyam paste
- 2 crab stick (optional)
-mushroom seasoning/salt

Chocolate Banana Baked Oats

- 1 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 cup oats flour
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup low fat milk

- mix all ingredients together, pour into a cup and add dark choc on top
microwave 2-3 minutes

Chicken Fried Rice

- 100g rice
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 2 clove of garlic
- chilli
- 10g anchovies
- 80g chicken
- 5ml soy sauce
- 5ml fish sauce
- mushroom seasoning

Macaroni Cheese & Grilled Shrimp

Macaroni Cheese:
- 40g macaroni
- cooking spray or 1/2tsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 20g shiitake mushroom
- 150ml low fat milk
- 1tsp corn starch
- 2 cheese slices
- black pepper
- mushroom seasoning/salt

Grilled Shrimp:
- 60g shrimp
- paprika seasoning
- garlic powder
- mushroom seasoning/salt

Creamy Tomato Pasta

- 50g of spaghetti
- 1tsp olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 100g chicken
- 1-2 tbsp Prego Tomato Spaghetti Traditional Sauce
- 60ml low fat milk
- chili flakes
- 30g shiitake mushroom
- 1 cheese slice
- mushroom seasoning/salt

Creamy Pasta & Chicken Grill

Creamy Pasta:
- 50g of spaghetti
- 1 tsp olive oil

- 40g shiitake mushroom
- 1 tsp corn starch

Chicken Grill:
- cajun seasoning
