AKA (A-Aerobic, KA-Karate) means red on Japanese. Red is the color of love, blood, energy.

AKA is All In One - all large muscles are involved during one workout with a mixture of dance moves and basic Karate techniques. All of the above develops all motor skills.

All the techniques of Karate are adapted in order to cope with them without any prior knowledge of martial arts.

🔴TRAINING
The AKA FIGHT FITNESS training begins with warming up for the whole body. Complex movements are used with the combination of punches and kicks at the beginning but in a gentle rhythm without power or contraction. The correct execution of stands is crucial, which is why it is executed from simpler to more complex. All the techniques of Karate are adapted in order to cope with them without any prior knowledge of martial arts. In the last part of the class we focus on full body strengthening exercises and stretching.
