My name is Alex Tomkins. I was born and raised in Milton Keynes, England but currently live, work and thrive on the Big Island of Hawai'i, which by the way, is my favourite place on the planet.

I am an entrepreneur, traveller, capricorn, yoga instructor, student of massage therapy, surfer, writer, meditator, creator, environmentalist and lover of tacos. I like to think of myself as someone brave, intelligent, ambitious, funny, loving and kind.

After years of deepening my spiritual practice and developing the relationship with myself, I am passionate about supporting others in their personal development. Through yoga, massage, business mentorship, Kangen distribution and my fiber art, I hope to help others remember their true, limitless nature and encourage them to live fully and freely.
