Cancellation and No - Show Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If done less than 24 hours in advance I will require a booking fee should you wish to schedule a future appointment. The booking fee is 50% of the service you wish to schedule and would be applied to your total at the time service is rendered.
NO - SHOW POLICY
No - show appointments will be handled in the same manner as cancellations. A booking fee of 50% of the service will be required to schedule and applied at time service is rendered.
* I understand life happens - I do not enforce this policy in the event of emergency situations. However, I will reserve the right to charge a booking fee should I feel the situation is being taken advantage of.
