Hi there, my name is Ting and welcome to my page where I share my recipes and adventures. Cooking and hiking are equally my favourites. My ultimate dream is one day I could cook among my mountains, surrounded by birds, wind, sun and trees, living a sustainable life but also connected with you all.

Blueberry Probiotic Porridge —

In my porridge:
~1/3 cup probiotic porridge mix @bluefrogbreakfast
~ 2/3 cup plant-based milk
~ 1/3 cup water
~ 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

My Toppings:
~ Few slices banana
~ 1 tsp peanut butter
~ some hempseed, chia seeds & pumpkin seeds
~ Dash of cinnamon
