Who is Allison Bates?

My name is Allison Bates and I am a part of the Southern Realty Specialists team brokered by eXp Realty. I am a Shelby County native where I went to Thompson High School. I later received both my bachelors and masters from the University of Montevallo so I know the area very well!

I am a wife, new mom to a precious baby boy, and long time momma to a couple of fur babies 🐶🐈

I am crazy about my family and have been blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom thanks to real estate. I am so grateful that real estate has allowed me to work with people I truly care about and still be able to be home for my family when they need me.

Play Golf!

The Birmingham area has so many wonderful places to golf. However, my husband and I do have a favorite golf course and that is Timberline in Calera! It is such a beautiful and fun course to play. And if going to an actual golf course isn’t your thing there is also Top Golf in downtown Birmingham! I have only been able to go there a handful of times, but I always have an absolute blast when I do😎

Attend A Baseball Game

A town favorite around here is going to a Barons Game at Regions Field in downtown Birmingham. So many love this because it is a fun thing to do if you have kids and even if you don’t! There’s fun for all to have at a Barons Game! ⚾️
