Speaking of adventures not too long ago I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy, which led me to new battles like dealing with extreme hair loss, complicated skin, and more. I became extremely cautious of everything I put onto or in my body. I tried extreme diets and all sorts of products that just didn’t seem to work. But I have since grown my hair back & I understand what my skin needs now an how to maintain it! I’d love to help or answer questions for anybody else especially people dealing with chronic illness complications♥︎
