About

Tell the world what you’re made of

Born and raised in US Virgin Islands, my father raised me to be very hands on with tools, woodwork, and cars.

All my life, I’ve unboxed several household items such as fans, dressers, shoe racks, and many more. I also do surface parts repairs on vehicles. Radiator, air compressors, brake replacement, abs oil changes are the extent to which I will do. Wall Mounting TVs, picture frames, or a book shelf also falls into my areas of expertise. I am the modern day handy man, the Jack of all trades!

Making Scrambled Eggs Has NEVER Been Easier

Eggs Salt and pepper Sour cream, Greek yogurt, or milk (see below for more details)

Making the fluffy southwestern scrambled eggs that might make you wanna slap your mom.

First you want to gather all your ingredients. Any vegetables of your choice, butter/oil/pan spray), seasoning of your choice (slap ya mama, complete seasoning, and salt).

Next. You wanna heat the pan to medium heat level. You don’t want the pan to be too hot to melt the butter. You want to see bubbles being made (if using butter) or a steady warm oil glare. Using a pan spray is the easiest option, and you want to spray right before adding ingredients, although I suggest salted butter, unsalted for the faint of heart.

Once pan is heated, you want to add vegetables, once cooked to your liking add eggs, and chop and stir in a circular motion. Once eggs start to form, prepare to turn off burner so pan can cook the rest of eggs to your liking.

Serve and season to liking. Enjoy.
